My journey so far

Hi,
Welcome to my first post on here, well where to start ?
I am a single mum of one, and I believe in a natural holistic approach to life, but like many others i have used chemical filled products and I know I can try harder so to speak, I am doing a diet and nutrition course ( which i must get on with ) and I want to improve our diets, We do cook from scratch majority of the time, but sometimes you get into a rut and cook the same old things mainly due to the simplicity of it, however i have found some delicious recipes and had great tasty food that has inspired me, so i will be posting on what i have tried and how it tasted etc.
i do self healing reiki on myself most days and i totally love helping others through reiki, it is amazing how it can change ones views on life..
