Hi all, how are you? did you have a good summer.. I do hope so, I have my daughters kitten helping me today! loves laying on the laptop and or note books.
My pamper room is completely finished and up and running ready for

£10.00 pp for a 20 minute mini treatment of your choice 
parties can be done on

Hand Reflexology
Readings
If everyone has the same it is a lot easier and the evening runs smoother I feel.
max is 6 people.

Reiki shares
If you would like to be healed or heal others once a month in my pamper room, then please let me know and we can set a group up, a donation of £5 pp would be great.

Gong Baths:
These are taking place in my pamper room once a month and we held the first one last month which was a great success with everyone wanting to re book, so if you are interested then please get in touch asp as these spaces fill very quickly, so its a first come first serviced bases.
There are a variety of gongs, singing bowls and instruments played for 45 minutes while you lay fully clothes on a yoga mat with a cushion and blanket and relax and allow your body to restore.
£10.00 pp

Ear Candles

I am a stockist of beautiful Amphora products, they are a family run business based in Bristol who have been trading for over 20 years, their items are lovely and they have so many to choose from, I do not stock everything, but can order items for you as generally place an order once a month.

Chakra workshop 
I am currently planning these and have all the oils and crystals in mind - and will order a set for you all to try and experiment with and if you would like your own i will have either stick or you can order...on the workshop you will learn about your seven main chakras and how they can effect us and how you can help keep them balanced.
